Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Horizon Matrix LLC. These messages may include account and service updates, appointment and follow-up reminders, responses to your inquiries, transaction-related notifications, and information about our products and services. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive messages in response to your requests or as updates become relevant to you.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging and data plan. Horizon Matrix is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply opt in as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

If you are experiencing any issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or reach us directly using the support contact information below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
